Pricing & Packages
Our staging packages are $1,600 incl GST for up to 4 bedrooms. For properties with more than 4 bedrooms, please contact us for a special request quote tailored to your property's specific needs.
Our packages include: furniture rental, artwork and accessories, professional styling, delivery and installation, and removal after your property sells. We handle everything from start to finish.
Our standard rental period is 4 weeks, which is usually enough time to get your property sold. If you need longer, we offer discounted extended rentals from $150/week.
We typically require payment before staging begins. However, for larger projects we can discuss payment arrangements. Contact us to discuss your situation.
The Staging Process

Step 2: We visit your property and create a staging plan
Step 3: Our team delivers and installs the furniture
Step 4: Your property is ready for photos and viewings
Step 5: We remove everything after you sell
Most homes are fully staged in one day. Larger properties may take 1-2 days. We work efficiently to minimise disruption.
We recommend 2 weeks notice for best availability. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines—even 24-48 hours in urgent cases.
Yes! We offer partial staging for occupied homes. We work with your existing furniture and add key pieces and accessories to enhance the presentation.
Our professional stylists select furniture based on your property's style, target market, and what photographs best. We discuss the look with you beforehand and welcome your input.

Some items from our inventory are available for purchase. Let us know if you're interested in any pieces and we'll check availability and pricing.
We carry full insurance for our furniture and equipment. You're responsible for securing the property (locking doors and windows) during the staging period. Any damage to our items may result in charges.
If your property hasn't sold within the rental period, we offer discounted extended rentals. We can also do a "refresh"—rearranging or swapping pieces—to give the property a fresh look.
We aim to remove furniture within 2-3 business days of being notified. For urgent settlements, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day removal.
